Hi! At Aulet Dairy, every week we create artisanal ice cream from scratch, with fresh, local and high quality ingredients. We always offer our classic flavors, like Stracciatella and Olive Oil, and also offer our seasonal flavors.

For now, Aulet Dairy is opening its doors one Saturday a month.
